Naomi is a native of the Tampa Bay area, and her parents still live in the same house where she was raised. She was first introduced to Credit Unions by her father, a Vietnam veteran who had served with the United States Air Force and was a member of MacDill Federal Credit Union, (now Grow). MacDill FCU gave Naomi her first car loan, an experience she never forgot and which changed her mind about her future. Instead of nursing, she chose a career in finance, first working in auto lending before becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer with GTE Federal Credit Union. Naomi has more than 20 years’ of experience in home finance and is very involved in the local real estate community. What she loves about her job is helping members select the right home loan for their plans. In her free time, she relaxes by watching her daughters skate and perform on the balance beam.
