Training
Program

Our training program is an 18-month opportunity for recent college graduates and is designed to identify and cultivate potential leadership candidates for careers in finance management. The program takes a three-tiered, holistic approach to talent development:

• First, a focus on the self and the practical application of Gallup strengths;
• Second, a focus on business through real-world, hands-on rotational work experience;
• Third, a focus on leadership, mentored by leaders within our organization.

This approach is done in conjunction with hands-on multi-functional rotations where trainees will be expected to work as an integral part of a team in achieving specific goals, with an evaluation on progress following each rotation.

This is an intense program immersing the trainee in all aspects of corporate finance, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, analytics, treasury, pricing and profitability management. Community service and networking activities are also involved.

Based on performance and successful completion of the 18-month program, the trainee will be eligible to apply for a position within Grow.
