Grow Your Career
On the outside, we may look like any other bank or credit union. It’s on the inside where you see the difference. Here, banking is about more than processes and procedures. It’s about serving people. We establish meaningful connections with our members, so we can focus on what matters most to each person. That’s exactly how we seek to do business — personally. In every store. Every transaction. Every conversation. At Grow, we serve people, not profit.®
Are you looking for a career that’s rewarding, engaging and fun?

That’s why so many of our team members say Grow is a great place to work!
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
As a financial institution, we recognize the vital role our organization has in making a positive impact toward racial equity and social justice, both within our workplace and throughout the areas we serve. We are committed to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion efforts to reflect our diverse communities in all aspects of our organization — from recruiting to hiring to training and throughout the company culture and team member experience. We welcome and encourage the unique backgrounds and perspectives of our team members.
Finance Management Training Program
Growing potential is what we do. Our training program is designed to give recent college graduates seeking leadership careers in consumer financial services the opportunity to learn from highly accomplished professionals. The Grow Culture
Wondering what makes our culture unique? The secret really is the people who work here — the more than 550 team members committed to serving our members, respecting one another and focusing on growing the greater good. They reflect the spirit of our vibrant communities and share a passion for service, working to make the lives of our members better.
Who is our idea of the perfect candidate? Someone who wants to be part of something bigger than themselves on a professional team where your personality contributes to a positive workplace environment and makes a difference in the lives we touch. Yes, our work is serious, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We’re guided by our mantra: Be Bold. Be Great. Have Fun. Especially the fun part. Boring just isn’t done here.

Minorities/Females/Veterans/DisabledHow to Find Your Routing & Account Numbers
When you make a payment online, by phone or on a mobile device, you may be asked for our routing number and your checking account number. Credit unions and banks use these numbers to identify accounts and make sure money gets where it’s supposed to be. You’ll also need to provide your routing and checking account numbers for:
- Direct deposits
- Electronic checks
- Military allotments
- Wire transfers
Where to Find Your Routing & Checking Account Numbers
Your personal checks include both our routing number and your account number, as shown on the Grow check example below.
Don’t have a Grow check? No worries.
Visit any Grow store and ask for a Direct Deposit Form. It lists both your routing number and checking account number.
Making a Loan Payment
When it comes to making payments, we try to make it as painless as possible to pay your loan every month. We have several different ways to pay, including convenient online options.
Pay Online
You have two ways to pay online by transferring funds from another bank or credit union.
- Grow Online Banking (Preferred payment method for any loan)
This is the simplest way to pay your loan. You can make one-time payments or set up automatic recurring payments in Grow Online Banking. Once you log in, select “Transfer/Payments” from the menu. If you’re not enrolled in Grow Online Banking yet, you can set up your account in just a few minutes.

Pay by Mail
You can also pay any Grow loan by check through the mail. Please remember to include your account number and Grow loan number on the check. (For credit card payments, please do not write your 16-digit credit card number on the check, which can cause a delay in processing the payment.)
