It’s a major upgrade and a part of our ongoing effort to continually improve the services we provide, so you can spend less time banking and more time living.
Log in using your current username at growfinancial.org.
Enter your temporary password when prompted following directions on the page.
Create your new personalized password. You will use your current username and this password to log in moving forward.
Yes. Your current username is still valid on the new system. If you’ve forgotten your username, click the “Forgot Username?” link on our homepage.
Yes, as long as your current password meets the system requirements.
If the biometric security on your device is currently activated, you’ll be prompted on how to set it up in the Grow banking app.
This is another proactive measure for your security. By logging in with a username instead of an account number, you’ll have an additional measure of protection for your confidential information.
Prior to conversion, we’re asking all users to review their contact information and update, if needed. This ensures that you’ll receive further updates for accessing the new system.
Please follow the instructions below for updating your email address and mobile phone number.
- Email address:
- Log in to Grow Online Banking and click on the gray Settings tab above the toolbar.
- Under My Settings, check to make sure your current email address is correct and if not, please update.
- Mobile phone number:
- Call our Member Contact Center at 800.839.6328.
Information about the devices/browsers compatible with the new system is posted on our website at growfinancial.org/compatibility.
That depends on your device. After the new system goes live:
- Android users will need to delete the old app and download a new version of the Grow banking app.
- Apple users will need to update their current Grow banking app.
All of your current account information will transfer over securely to the new system. Once you log in, you’ll immediately notice a change to a dashboard layout which gives you a convenient, snapshot view of your accounts, and you can easily rearrange the dashboard according to your preferences.
That’s just another name for icon. Widgets are displayed on your accounts page and are clearly labeled so you know what functions they perform.
The biggest and best difference is that most everything you can do on the online platform can now be done on the mobile side, providing a seamless banking experience so you can easily manage your money from a single device. Even better, our new service offers a suite of user-friendly tools for doing everything from everyday banking to achieving long-term financial goals.
Flourish, our personal financial management tool, will no longer be available. That’s because the new service is capable of doing everything Flourish does right from your accounts page.
Yes. Any transfer information from other financial institutions currently established on your account will carry over.
Yes. All your current payee information will carry over. Once the new system goes live, please review your bill pay settings, just to be sure everything is correct.
Though Grow CardManager is a separate app available at the app stores, you’ll be able to access your credit and debit card information by selecting the CardManager widget in the Grow banking app.
Yes. Flourish subscribers will need to re-enter their account information in the personal financial management tools available on the new service.
You may request this, which enables you to access any shared accounts you’ve established with a single login.
This can easily be done on your laptop, and you can set up a variety of alerts for not only transaction activity, but for reaching savings goals, balance alerts and much more. Here’s how:
- Log in to your account.
- Select the Settings Widget.
- Click on the Notifications tab.
- From the list of alerts, click on the Settings icon to the right to activate the alerts you want set up on your account, and how you wish to receive them.
Your FICO® credit score is posted in the FICO® Score widget within your online or mobile banking account. Only members with a Grow loan or Grow Visa® credit card will be able to view a credit score in their online or mobile banking account.
Additional data charges may apply. Please see your wireless carrier for more information.
How to Find Your Routing & Account Numbers
When you make a payment online, by phone or on a mobile device, you may be asked for our routing number and your checking account number. Credit unions and banks use these numbers to identify accounts and make sure money gets where it’s supposed to be. You’ll also need to provide your routing and checking account numbers for:
- Direct deposits
- Electronic checks
- Military allotments
- Wire transfers
Where to Find Your Routing & Checking Account Numbers
Your personal checks include both our routing number and your account number, as shown on the Grow check example below.
Don’t have a Grow check? No worries.
Visit any Grow store and ask for a Direct Deposit Form. It lists both your routing number and checking account number.
Making a Loan Payment
Nobody likes paying bills. We get it. That’s why at Grow, we make it as painless as possible to pay your loan every month. You can even choose how to do it.
Pay From Another Credit Union or Bank
You have two ways to pay by transferring funds online from another institution.
- Debit Card or ACH
We accept both Mastercard® and Visa® debit cards and ACH. With debit cards you’ll also pay a convenience fee of $4.95. To make a loan payment other than your mortgage or Grow Visa® credit card, click the button below.
- Grow Online Banking
You can make one-time payments or set up automatic recurring payments in your Grow Online Banking account. Simply select “Transfer/Payments” from the menu. And if you’re not enrolled in Grow Online Banking, you can set up your account in just a few minutes.
Pay by Mail
You can also pay your loan by check through the mail. Please remember to include your account number and Grow loan number on the check.
