Grow Financial Foundation Donates to Hurricane Dorian Relief Efforts
The Grow Financial Foundation recently joined forces with the Fred G. Minnis, Sr. Bar Association to collect items for the Bahamas Hurricane Dorian relief effort. All donations have been sent to two of the most severely impacted islands, the Abaco Islands and Grand Bahama.
Every year when hurricane season rolls around, we prepare for the worst. Thankfully, for our Florida and South Carolina markets, the impact of Hurricane Dorian was less than anticipated. The same cannot be said for the Bahamas where recovery will take years. It’s times like these when we must come together and support our neighbors in any way we can.
“Grow has the most thoughtful and generous employees. We had no doubt that there would be a call to mobilize for Hurricane Dorian relief and sure enough, without missing a beat, the Grow team rallied to be of service. And the effort was that much better when the membership showed up with thousands of pounds of donated goods and items, and some helped us load the trucks for transport. The entire experience was humbling, and I am proud to be an employee and member of such an attentive and compassionate organization,” Dierdre White, Grow’s Chief Legal Officer and Executive Sponsor of the Grow Foundation, said.
Several Grow stores and law offices in the Tampa Bay area collected donations and as always, we were impressed with the generosity of our members. Thank you to all those who came together and collected some of the most-needed items to aid in the recovery of the islands!

Your personal checks include both our routing number and your account number, as shown on the Grow check example below.
Don’t have a Grow check? No worries.
