The menu created by Mekenita Cantina founders Chef Rand and Tiffani Packer was inspired by their travels and culinary experiences in Oaxaca. They originally opened their doors under the banner of “Mekenita Mexican Grill” in 2007, and relocated to Seminole Heights in 2017 with the new Mekenita Cantina title. These folks have been serving up authentic Oaxacan/Mexican cuisine to Tampa for over a decade, and thanks to the support from #GrowOnUs they’re offering you a free Taco Trio (chicken/steak/pork/veggie) and Petite Mexican Side Salad.
