Justin joined the team at Grow as a Commercial Loan Officer in the summer of 2021, with over ten years of experience in commercial lending, portfolio management and underwriting, as well as three years in the role of Loan Review Analyst with the FDIC. He is an honors graduate of the Florida Bankers Association’s School of Banking and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Valdosta State University in Georgia. All of these opportunities have allowed Justin to experience many aspects of banking, especially in the business banking world. In his time away from work, he serves on the Finance Committee for the Bell Shoals Church in Brandon and formerly as a Member and Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Brandon. When he isn’t serving others, he looks forward to spending time with his wife and three kids. Justin is passionate about helping any person or business improve their current position and add value to their company through providing the best business banking services to meet their needs.
