Get Ready for Launch

Like anything new, you can expect a few changes with our new business banking platform. Here are a few simple steps to take so you’re ready for launch.

Be Sure Your Contact Information is Current

To Update Your Email Address:

  • Log in to your account and click on the Settings tab.
  • Enter your new email address in the Change Email Address field under Modify Personal Settings.

To Update Your Mobile Phone Number:

  • Log in to your account and click on the Services tab.
  • Select Continue next to Address Change.
  • On the next screen, enter your phone number.

Check Your Device Compatibility

Information about the devices compatible with the new system is available here.

Look for Your Login Information

  • Prior to conversion to the new system, we’ll send you information regarding your individual, temporary password via email.
  • You’ll need a temporary password to log in for the first time on the new system. After that, you can create your personalized password.
  • Your current username is still valid for your initial login. After that, you will be required to create a new username.
