We are so proud to announce that we’ve been named a Top Workplace by the Tampa Bay Times for the tenth consecutive year — achieving the number one spot for the entire Tampa Bay area among businesses with 500 or more employees! Additionally, we were awarded the number four spot on the national Top Workplaces USA list for 2021 among businesses with 500-999 employees, a new honor for us.

How are Top Workplaces selected?

Companies were ranked based on employee feedback from the national Energage survey. Employers were scored based on responses to questions about leadership, coaching, compensation and training, workplace flexibility, connection, and engagement. Earning the number one spot as a regional Top Workplace and making the list for the tenth year in a row — and ranking number four nationally — is a fantastic achievement for our organization.
