At Grow, we recognize the vital role our organization has in making a positive impact toward social justice, both within our workplace and throughout the areas we serve. That’s why we’re especially honored and humbled to receive the Corporation of the Year award from the Tampa Bay LGBT Chamber.

Impact Award: Corporation of the Year

On February 22, 2023, the Tampa Bay LGBT Chamber hosted its 40th Anniversary State of the Chamber event recognizing winners of the 2022 Impact Awards. The awards recognized businesses, non-profits and community leaders who exemplify the highest standards of their profession, promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace, demonstrate leadership, and invest time and resources into their community. Several team members from Grow who are actively involved in our community DEI efforts attended the event, including Doug Tilden, Executive Vice President, CFO, who accepted the award on behalf of the organization.

Thomas Feindt, CEO, said, “Diversity, equity and inclusion are hallmarks of our organization, and I always appreciate when others recognize how much effort our team puts forth. The LGBT Chamber Corporation of the Year showcases the idea that Tampa Bay as a community should be welcoming to all people. In our divisive times, what makes us better is when we can appreciate one another and strive to be extraordinary instead of ordinary. I was proud to be present at the event and thrilled to see Doug accept the award.”
