Grow Financial Hosts USF Networking Event

Small talk, big impact! Grow Financial hosted the students from the USF Bulls Business Community and Zimmerman Advertising Program for a networking event on Wednesday, April 4. The annual gathering is always a favorite for Bob Fisher, Grow Financial’s CEO and USF’s Muma College of Business Executive Advisory Council Member.

“It is truly an honor to host students for this event every year,” Fisher said. “They are the future of the business world, and it’s a pleasure getting to spend time with them.”

The Bulls Business Community gives students in the Muma College of Business the chance to learn business skills, attend special events, participate in service activities and so much more. The Zimmerman Advertising Program allows students to earn two separate degrees, a bachelor’s degree in business advertising and master’s degree in mass communications, in five years. This is one high-achieving group!

Students who attended the networking event got to try out their networking skills on a variety of executives and employees from Grow Financial. While networking may seem like some casual small talk, it prepares students for greater success as they study business and pursue their careers.

“This event is a lot of fun for us,” Fisher said, “but ultimately it’s about benefitting the students. That’s the number one goal.”

Thank you to the USF Bulls Business Community and Zimmerman Advertising Program for joining us for this networking event!
