In a difficult year for our country and our communities, we’re especially honored to be named by Great Place to Work^® and FORTUNE as one of the Best Small & Medium Workplaces™ for 2020. For the second year in a row, we’re excited to have placed #44 nationally—and to be the first credit union listed!

To determine the rankings, Great Place to Work analyzed confidential survey feedback representing more than 189,000 team members working in small- and medium-sized businesses in the country. Team members responded to over 60 survey questions related to how the organization creates a Great Place to Work For All^™. The survey results showed that even amid challenging times, our team members remain enthusiastic about working at Grow and truly enjoy their day-to-day. We’re so pleased that 95% of team members said Grow is great place to work, compared to the 59% national average. The feedback shared will contribute to making our organization better each and every day.

One Grow team member remarked, “I am inspired every day that I work at Grow. I could not feel more at home, appreciated and motivated by this wonderful company. I am so grateful to work for a company that shows great consideration regarding corporate and social responsibility within our local community. The culture of Grow is a joy to be a part of.” Comments like this one were numerous, and it’s encouraging to see that our organization is making a difference in the lives of our team members and members alike.
