Each year, the Tampa Bay Times shares a list of Top Workplaces for the Tampa Bay area. We’re excited to announce that we’ve made the list again for 2020—and took second place this year! The Top Workplace awards are based solely on an Energage survey, which evaluates employee views on many areas from vision to leadership to culture, among more than 100 Tampa Bay area companies.

What makes a Top Workplace? The people. Every person in this organization plays a role every day to make Grow more than just another place to work. Receiving this award nine years in a row doesn’t happen by accident.
