Grow Financial Ranks #3 on Tampa Bay’s Top Workplaces in 2022
For the thirteenth year, the employee survey company Energage partnered with the Tampa Bay Times to identify a list of top workplaces in 2022 for the Tampa Bay metro area. The whole team here at Grow is honored that we earned the number three spot among companies with 500 or more employees! Additionally, we ranked in the top 30 on the national Top Workplaces USA list for 2022 among businesses our size.
About Top Workplaces for 2022
This year, 26 employers earned a spot on Tampa Bay’s Top Large Workplaces list, with rankings created solely based on anonymous employee feedback — the more positive the responses, the higher the cumulative score, the higher the ranking. The Energage survey covered a wide array of areas, including innovation, inclusion and interdepartmental cooperation. Our team members shared their thoughts on leadership, compensation and training, workplace flexibility, engagement and much more.
