2026 Board of Directors

The Board of Directors Nominating Committee of Grow Financial Federal Credit Union (“Grow Financial”) has nominated Richard W. Reeder and Jennifer B. King to the Board of Directors for 2026. When there is only one nominee for each position, the bylaws specify that an election will not be conducted by ballot, and there will be no nominations from the floor. Nominations may be made by petition in accordance with the bylaws, signed by at least 500 primary members and received no later than April 11, 2026. The annual meeting will be held at 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Grow Financial Corporate Headquarters, 1242 East 5th Avenue, Tampa, FL 33605.

Richard W. Reeder, CPA
Owner, Reeder & Associates, PA (retired 2023): Audited not-for-profit organizations, employee benefit plans, construction companies and homeowner associations.

Experience: AICPA Quality Management Standards Task Force; AICPA Practice Management Task Force for Government & Compliance Audits; Chair, AICPA Peer Review Board; At-large member, AICPA Governing Council; Executive Committee, AICPA Government Audit Quality Center; and Chair, FICPA Peer Review Committee.

Past affiliations: Board member, Construction Financial Management Association; Board member, Institute of Internal Auditors; and Treasurer, Carrollwood Area Business Association

Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Bowling Green State University, and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Grow Financial service: Supervisory Committee (2004–2017) and Board of Directors (2017 to present).

Jennifer B. King, PhD
Senior Vice President, Workforce & Education, Bisk Education: Leads workforce-aligned education strategy, employer partnerships, skills-to-program mapping and online program development.

Experience: Over 25 years of experience in higher education and workforce development, including service as tenured faculty, academic dean and senior executive, and expertise in assessment, accreditation alignment, talent development and public–private partnerships.

Board and community service: Vice Chair, St. Joseph’s Baptist Hospital Board of Trustees; and Board Member, Florida Chamber of Commerce Foundation.

Education: Doctor of Philosophy in Instructional Technology & Educational Measurement/Assessment, University of South Florida; Master of Education in English Education, University of South Florida; and Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies/Graphic Design, New York University.

Grow Financial service: Associate Board (2024–2025) and Board of Directors (Nominee).
