The Board of Directors Nominating Committee of Grow Financial Federal Credit Union (“Grow Financial”) has nominated Mack C. Brown Jr. and Robert E. LaPlant to the Board of Directors for 2024. When there is only one nominee for each position to be filled, the bylaws specify that an election will not be conducted by ballot, and there will be no nominations from the floor. Nominations may be made by petition in accordance with the bylaws, signed by at least 500 primary members and received no later than April 13, 2024. The annual meeting will be held at 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at Grow Financial Corporate Headquarters, 9927 Delaney Lake Drive, Tampa.
