Board of Directors Elections 2020

The Board of Directors of Grow Financial Federal Credit Union has nominated Trisha Cram, Rick Reeder and Paul Vasiloff to the Board of Directors for 2020. When there is only one nominee for each position to be filled, the bylaws specify that an election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor. Nominations may be made by petition in accordance with the bylaws, signed by at least 500 primary members and received no later than March 27, 2020.

Richard W. Reeder, CPA
Owner, Reeder & Associates, PA (present). Over 30 years of auditing experience including 10 years with International Accounting Firms.
Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Council, AICPA Quality Control Standards Task Force, and AICPA Practice Management Task Force for Government & Compliance Audits; Executive Committee Member, FICPA Peer Review Committee.
Former: Chair, AICPA Peer Review Board; Executive Committee Member, AICPA Government Audit Quality Center; member, Board of Directors of the Construction Financial Management Association and the Institute of Internal Auditors; Treasurer, Carrollwood Area Business Association.
