Grow CEO Thomas Feindt Named A Top CEO in Tampa Bay
We are so proud to congratulate our very own CEO, Thomas Feindt, on being named one of Tampa Bay’s Top CEOs for the second time in three years. This Tampa Bay Times award recognizes business leaders who have shown exceptional leadership and had a significant impact on their organizations and the community.
Top CEOs in Tampa Bay
With Tampa Bay being home to many successful companies, it’s an incredible honor to have our leader named among the Top CEOs. Feindt’s leadership at Grow has been instrumental in our success and growth since he assumed the role of CEO in 2020 after nine years as Executive Vice President.
Feindt’s focus on being a champion of our mission — to serve people, not profit — has helped us maintain our position as one of the leading credit unions in the region. Always one of the first to ask, “How can we better serve our community?”, he was influential in our decision to support small businesses through the Paycheck Protection Program at the height of the pandemic. Under his guidance, Grow became a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), a designation that strengthens our commitment to providing financial services and support to low-income and underserved communities. Through our CDFI certification, we’re working to provide greater access to financial services in underserved communities, with plans to open an additional Grow store in the West River area of Tampa.
“I count it a privilege to lead more than 500 team members who are truly committed to putting the words of our mission into daily action. Whether we’re helping someone set up their first savings account, reach their dream of homeownership, or connecting with people out in the community at events and service initiatives, it is a pleasure to showcase what it means to serve people, not profit.” Feindt said.
Feindt is a personal advocate for our mission and emboldens our team to prove that promise to our members every day. He invests energy and resources to develop servant leaders within Grow and expands our notion of what member service is truly about. It’s in large part thanks to him that we’ve been named a Top Workplace in 2023.
Here are just a few things our team members had to say:
“Thomas is a very down-to-earth leader that directs the company in a very relatable way that fosters trust and inspires the best out of me.”
“He has an open-door policy. He also has an open chat and keeps us all informed through the town hall meeting and encourages all to join. He listens and respects our opinions.”
“Thomas communicates his expectation clearly and will answer any questions a team member has. He is not afraid to make bold decisions that may not always be popular.”
We are honored to have Thomas Feindt as our CEO and are so proud of his achievement as a Top CEO in Tampa Bay! We look forward to continuing to work with him to provide our members with the best financial products and services available and to make a positive impact on our community.

How to Find Your Routing & Account Numbers
When you make a payment online, by phone or on a mobile device, you may be asked for our routing number and your checking account number. Credit unions and banks use these numbers to identify accounts and make sure money gets where it’s supposed to be. You’ll also need to provide your routing and checking account numbers for:
- Direct deposits
- Electronic checks
- Military allotments
- Wire transfers
Where to Find Your Routing & Checking Account Numbers
Your personal checks include both our routing number and your account number, as shown on the Grow check example below.
Don’t have a Grow check? No worries.
Visit any Grow store and ask for a Direct Deposit Form. It lists both your routing number and checking account number.
Making a Loan Payment
When it comes to making payments, we try to make it as painless as possible to pay your loan every month. We have several different ways to pay, including convenient online options.

This is the simplest way to pay your loan. You can make one-time payments or set up automatic recurring payments in Grow Online Banking. Once you log in, select “Transfer/Payments” from the menu. If you’re not enrolled in Grow Online Banking yet, you can set up your account in just a few minutes.
